The jacuzzi rooms was more than I had expected, was double the size of a regular room. The breakfast was better than most other hotels i have visited. Service was great, we asked for the 2nd house coat extra towels and pillows and they brought it right up. However the maids could use to be a bit more thorough in the cleaning ..... there has been a couple things we had found that should have been dealt with before hand, but overall the room was nice and comfy beds
The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is also quite good. There’s a McDonald’s and several dining options nearby. The customer service is excellent. The only negative I would say is breakfast has limited choices, but not that terrible.
Clean room. Standard size and amenities. Breakfast included was standard fare but better than some other continental breakfasts. On site pub had excellent food as well. Great value for the price of the rooms when I stayed averaging just over $100 per night plus fees.
I’ve stopped here a few times working outside of Fort McMurray. The front desk staff are amazing, the welcome you get everyday walking in the hotel is above and beyond. The cleaning staff does a really good job. All around a very good staff, they must have a good manager because you see a lot of the same faces. Very happy with this hotel the staff is what keeps me coming back thank you.
Good low cost option. Don't know why The Den was closed by 10:00pm on a Saturday.
From the moment I booked through a friend who happens to be th banquet manager, named Cris V., and with the help of the receptionist, Donita, to the Front Office Manager and the breakfast staff in charge (forgot her name), I can truly say the service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and always found a way to satisfy our need especially since I was checkinh-in with my two little ones. We already had an awesome experience a couple of months ago, and once again, we keep coming back because of the ambiance, the room, the breakfast, and the bar at The Den. There’s no need for us to go to Edmonton just to stay in a quiet hotel room. The room was very clean, and the sauna was the best part!! Well, my boys absolutely loved it while I was able to do my online work. And I could just see them having fun. A special thank you to Banquet Sales Manager Cris Vaflor for the superior service, from our my friend's birthday party at the hotel, all the way through our two-night hotel stay. Highly recommended!
